RankR is a social platform for competitive VALORANT players. You can create an account, link your Riot account, post content, message other players, see your match statistics, and use RankR Companion, an optional Windows app. Some extra features are part of a paid membership, RankR+, and some cosmetic items can be bought with RankR Points.
RankR isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
You must be 13 or older, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms yourself. If the law where you live sets a higher age for using a service like this without a parent's consent, you need that consent. You must also be old enough to hold a Riot Games account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy RankR+ or RankR Points, and they are responsible for the purchase.
Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password safe, and remember that you are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account. Don't sell, share or transfer your account.
Linking a Riot account is optional. Only link a Riot account that belongs to you. Linking someone else's account, or pretending to be another player, can get your account removed.
When you link a Riot account and opt in to sharing your game data, your rank and match information can be shown on your RankR profile and seen by other RankR users. You can unlink your Riot account at any time, which stops RankR showing that data from then on.
RankR Companion is an optional Windows app. It reads your own VALORANT game client on your PC, through the local connection the Riot Client provides, and sends your match data to RankR. It can also record your matches and cut clips from them on your PC. It never reads the game's memory, injects anything into the game, changes the game, or presses keys for you.
The Companion is unofficial. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Riot Games, and the local game client it reads is not an interface Riot publishes for other apps. Riot could change or object to that at any time, and RankR cannot promise how Riot will treat its use. You install and use the Companion at your own risk. Section 15 applies to it in full.
Most of the rank and match data on RankR comes from RankR Companion: the match records your own game client holds, sent from your PC and then checked by RankR, which works out every statistic itself from the raw match data rather than trusting totals sent to it. Some data, such as the official leaderboard, comes from Riot's official API.
Ranks are shown with the date RankR last saw them, and are not a live reading. Nobody can type their own rank into RankR. When RankR shows sample numbers that are not real data, for example to preview a page before you have any matches, it says so clearly on that page. Your country, region and main agent are whatever you chose to put on your profile. RankR does not promise that any statistic is accurate, current or complete.
You keep ownership of what you post, including clips. By posting, you give RankR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, show and share that content on RankR (including on public profile pages and share links) so the service can work. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already shared by others or held briefly in backups.
Don't post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that you don't have the right to share. Follow the Community Guidelines. Posts and comments are checked automatically and by moderators, and content that breaks the rules can be removed. Automated decisions can be reviewed and reversed.
RankR has no downvote, dislike or negative rating. Reactions are positive only, in line with Riot's policy against third-party tools that rate or shame players.
Only post what you have the right to share. A clip can carry game audio, music or voice chat, so check before you post. If you believe something on RankR infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent with:

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter notice to the same address. We remove content in response to valid notices, and we close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer RankR. Don't use it to harass anyone, to sell or advertise accounts, or to build a competing dataset. Don't automate access without permission, and don't send RankR fake or altered match data. Don't abuse referrals, rewards or bugs to get points, items or membership you haven't earned.
RankR+ is an optional monthly membership with extra features. Your rank, match history, scoreboards and the core of RankR stay free.
Payments are handled by Stripe. RankR never sees your full card number.
RankR Points are a virtual currency for cosmetic items and other features in RankR. You earn them by using RankR, and you can also buy them.
Our Refund and cancellation policy is part of these terms. In short: you can cancel RankR+ any time and keep it to the end of the paid month; we don't refund part months, and bought points are final, except where the law requires it or we choose to.
If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because RankR+ and RankR Points are digital and start straight away, when you ask for them to start immediately you agree that you lose that right once the points are delivered, and for RankR+ you pay only for what you used before you withdrew.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we will take back the points from that purchase and may end the membership it paid for while the dispute is open. Please contact us first: most problems are quicker to fix that way.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or to protect players or RankR. If we close your account for breaking these terms, you lose any remaining points and membership time, unless the law says otherwise. If we shut RankR down, we will give notice in the app and refund any paid membership time you haven't used.
RankR, RankR+ and RankR Companion are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. RankR may be unavailable, change, or stop. We don't promise that any data, clip or recording will be kept, accurate or complete.
To the extent the law allows, RankR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or game accounts, arising from your use of RankR or RankR Companion. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid RankR in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited by agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
When these terms change, we post the new version here with a new date. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using RankR after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can stop using RankR, cancel RankR+ and delete your account.
